1. How I did on last week’s goals.
I wrote sans pressure and sans goal and got a little over 4,000 words down! Forgetting about goals for a week definitely helped me regain some of my momentum.
3. A favorite line from my story OR one word/phrase that sums up what I wrote/revised.
“We’re getting ice cream and we’re all going to have fun, whether you want to or not,” Dad says.
4. The biggest challenge I faced this week (ex. finding time to write).
I beta read a whole manuscript for a friend, so that was time consuming during the week. Plus we had a super busy day on Saturday, and then my son had an allergic reaction to eggs on Sunday morning and vomited for most of the day. So, all things considered, I’m happy with my 4,000 words.
5. Something I love about my WiP.
That it’s almost done!
BONUS WRAP UP: OK, I was overly ambitious about my summer writing schedule, but reach for the moon and land among stars? So, I wrote a total of about 32,000 words over the course of Ready. Set. Write! I didn’t finish my WIP like I had hoped, but I am so close I can smell ‘The End!’
So, how did YOU do this week, writing or otherwise? Did you meet your overall RSW goals?
